Richard Andrew Palethorpe-Todd OBE (11 June 1919 – 3 December 2009) was an Irish-British actor known for his leading man roles of the 1950s.
He was one of the first to parachute into France in 1944 and helped lead an assault on the strategically vital Pegasus Bridge near Caen.
