The Summer Palace ( simplified Chinese: 颐和园; traditional Chinese: 頤和園; pinyin: Yíhéyuán) is a vast ensemble of lakes, gardens and palaces in Beijing. It was an imperial garden during the Qing dynasty. Inside includes Longevity Hill ( 万寿山; 萬壽山; Wànshòu Shān) Kunming Lake and Seventeen Hole Bridge.
The Summer Palace (Yiheyuan), in northwest Beijing, is the best-preserved imperial garden in the world, and the largest of its kind still in existence in China.

- Opening Time. High Season (From April 1 to Oct. 31) Open: 6:00. Last Entry at 19:00; Closed: 20:00. Low Season (From Nov. 1 to Mar. 31 next year) Open: 6:30.
