Juliusz Machulski is a director and screenwriter. He was born on 10th March, 1955 in Olsztyn to a family of actors. Between 1973 and 1974, he studied Polish philology at the University of Warsaw. From 1974 to 1978, he studied directing at the Film School in Łódź. He graduated in 1980.
