  1. Dec 9, 2019 · THE LOST FOOTAGE OF LEAH SULLIVAN is one of the best found footage movies ever. The production has no missteps and the story just works. Also, it’s charming and fun while being extremely creepy. Read more in our full The Lost Footage of Leah Sullivan review here!

  2. The actress who played Leah made the difference for me. Maybe the most likable character I've ever seen in a found footage film. I also loved the snowy, chilly atmosphere. It is bizarre that the rating is nearly a 6 but the written reviews are so bad. If you Google actual reviews from horror sites, they are almost all very positive.

  3. Dec 11, 2019 · The Lost Footage of Leah Sullivan: Directed by Burt Grinstead. With Jimmy Driscoll, Burt Grinstead, Maureen Keiller, David Nash. An unedited memory card from a camera shows Leah Sullivan's school project about a cold case murder that doesn't seem to be so cold after all.

  4. Jan 6, 2020 · The Lost Footage of Leah Sullivan takes the route of an amateur film-maker making a documentary about a murder case thirty years before. Not a normal murder though. A particularly gory and gruesome case, One that the police badly messed up on and one that there are a lot of myths and stories about in the local area.

  5. Mar 31, 2021 · THE LOST FOOTAGE OF LEAH SULLIVAN is the exact opposite. The best parts of the film are all in the lead up with a rather disappointing finale. The interviews and the interactions between Leah, Patrick and the people participating in the film is very realistic and at times really funny.

  8. Nov 4, 2022 · Jim Morazzini. “i found a camera. i believe it belongs to a girl named leah sullivan. this is all the footage that was on the sd card unedited. i think she might be dead.” This is the text that opens The Lost Footage of Leah Sullivan. And right out of the box, it commits one of the flaws that bias me against found footage films.
