Teenage boy Rodrigo (Ramiro Meneses) spends his days listlessly hanging out with a group of delinquent youths in the poverty- and violence-riddled city of Medellin, Colombia. His friends include Adolfo (Carlos Mario Restrepo), who is dating Rodrigo's sister (Vilma Dias), and petty thief and drug dealer Ramon (Jackson Idrian Gallego).
