Every summer, the sleepy Manitoba town of Falcon Beach ignites. When the townies and the rich kids who summer at Falcon Beach collide, the sparks fly. The rest of the year, they live in different worlds, but come summer they share a strip of beach where anything can happen.
Jason soldiered on after loosing the championship because of his knee-injury, or in his mind mental block. Now the new tourist season starts, he's eager to have it started with fireworks, even if the mayor cancels those, so he goes look for the supply in Danny's dad's shed.
