When Richard Diamond learns that his former war buddy Jack Milhoan has turned bad, he finds himself torn between friendship and principle - Jack is a cold-blooded killer, but he also is a friend who needs help.
When diamonds from a five-year-old robbery start appearing on the black market, the insurance company hires Richard Diamond to recover the gems.
