Oliver and Ted are home alone as the parents visit old friend Mitch who borrowed $100 turning it into a lighting empire. Ted invites irresponsible prankster Harvey Dillman who angers a dangerous neighbor. Joyce and Michael also come over.
S2.E1 ∙ Dibs. Oliver is overjoyed meeting Swedish foreign exchange student Elke (Maggie Grace) until Ted calls dibs. His parents go on a date but the old club has changed. They hate the new jazz music and then the funky smoke takes its effect.
