Egeria (Latin: [eːˈgɛria], Ancient Greek: Ἠγερία) was a nymph attributed a legendary role in the early history of Rome as a divine consort and counselor of Numa Pompilius, the second king of Rome, to whom she imparted laws and rituals pertaining to ancient Roman religion.
Egeria is a prostitute in a high-end brothel in Rome. When Atia decides that Octavian should lose his virginity, she instructs Pullo to take him to an appropriate brothel to get the deed done. Octavian is presented with an assortment of attractive women and teenage boys and chooses Egeria.
Mark Antony faces a dilemma as Caesar chases Pompey in Greece. Atia tries to manipulate Antony and Octavian, while Niobe and Lyde clash over a family secret.
