Return Policy: Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund less $6.95 or return for free for an exchange or gift card. Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable. Please return items in original packaging if possible. Returns can be submitted as soon as your original order has shipped. Your return for a refund, store credit or exchange must be submitted within 30 business days of the delivery of your order.
There are two ways to return your package: USPS QR CODE. Package your items. If you saved the Princess Polly bag, put the item (s) you want to return securely back in the bag. Bring this code to your USPS location.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS. Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or exchange. EUROPEAN UNION DUTIES & TAXES. The goods will be imported on behalf of the customer. The customer authorizes Princess Polly to import the goods on their behalf.
Princess Polly can process refunds onto the original payment method(s) used at checkout for the order you are returning. If you paid for your order using a Princess Polly Gift card, your refund will be processed back onto the gift card.
