Sybrina Fulton, Trayvon Martin’s mother, became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. today. Fulton is now a member of the historic African American sorority’s Miami Alumnae Chapter. Since the tragic killing of her 17-year-old son Trayvon Martin in 2012, Fulton has dedicated her life to transforming family tragedy into social change.
