  3. Apply. The Student Enrolment Centre (SEC) is responsible for the dissemination of information, upkeep of student/applicant biographical data, providing assistance with the application processes for all application types, and involved in the selection of future undergraduate students.

    • You have to submit either your UJ student number, Grade 12 examination number or ID number and click on submit.

    • New/Previous application confirmation: If you have not applied at UJ, the system will indicate whether you qualify for any available qualification. If you have previously applied at UJ for the 2023 Academic year the system will indicate your application status for the qualification(s) you have applied for.
    • Qualifications which you qualify for and still have space available will be displayed per Faculty/College. Please select your preferred Faculty/College.

    This institution advises against any walk-in inquiries, and suggests sticking to the online method. Much like TUT, the use of campus facilities may not be available to those who turn up.

    The late application service is open for one week only, from the 8th – 12th January, and closing on Friday. The university will be accepting applications right up until 16:00, but please do not leave it this late. Due to the high volume of late applicants, the service may shut down earlier than advertised.

  5. Jan 11, 2021 · UJ's late applications system is now open and here's how it works. Only qualifications which still have space are open for applications. Should you want to find out which qualifications have space, you will then need to use the late application enquiry system. This system will open on 23 February at 17:00 and will close on 28 February at 9:00.
