myday Authenticating… is a portal for students and staff of the University of Leicester to access their personal and academic information, such as timetables, grades, email, and Microsoft 365. To login, you need to use your University IT account credentials and set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for security reasons.

You can phone the IT Service Desk on 0116 252 2253, for any problems with your computer, programs or desk phone. If the issue is not urgent, send an email to ithelp@le.ac.uk. The IT Service desk is open Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 6.00pm UK time, except bank holidays and some closure days.
