Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival is a qualifying festival for the Oscars®, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards, the European Film Awards and the César Awards. 1. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. Only films completed after October 1st, 2021 can apply.
1. PARTICIPATION. The referencing of films at the Short Film Market is free and non-competitive. All films submitted to the National or International Competition of the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, whether or not selected, will be referenced in the digital catalog of the Short Film Market.
