Middle School Athletic Options. Middle school students from Sublimity, Mari-Linn, and Stayton are all combined to play under the name Stayton Middle School. Students are bussed from schools to Stayton for practices. SIS/SMS Sports Facebook. Registration for all middle school athletics is done online through Arbiter Sports.
