Apr 24, 2024 · To get to Elbasan from Tirana you will have to head to Terminali i Autobusëve Juglindje – Southeastern Albania Regional Bus Terminal which is not where other buses depart from (like the Berat or Sarande bus). This is the exact location. Busses leave frequently every hour or so and the ticket cost 200Lek.
