Nov 8, 2023 · I ended up going to the top left where the 9 dots are. There was a new weird address and my old hotmail, so I was able to login through that when I clicked on outlook. Oct 3, 2015 · When you've signed in and can see your email, right-click on a blank part of the page and select Create shortcut. If you're using Internet Explorer, that will place a new shortcut on your desktop that will take you straight to your inbox. Noel Burgess MVP (Ret'd)
To check if you have any filters applied: Go to your Inbox in Outlook. Look for the Filter menu at the top of your email list. If a filter is applied, the Filter button will be highlighted. Click on the Filter button to see what filter is applied. To remove the filter and see all your emails, click on the option that says “All”.
