A neighbour also has Sky Broadband and their download speed of 122Mbs and upload of 21.2Mbs so far far better! Can someone give me a number or details of who to we can contact to make this better?
1 day ago · Sky applies the speed guarantee to all their packages. If you are not getting the correct speed you must report it as a fault to Sky who will be given reasonable time to fix it.
