At 300 feet long it’s about 130 feet shorter than its famous Capilano cousin, but as it’s completely free we’re not counting.

Nov 5, 2016 · Lynn Canyon Park is very different from the Capilano Suspension Bridge. First of all Lynn Canyon Park is free! This means you will see much more local people and isn’t commercialised at all! There is a suspension bridge but this one is a lot shorter, around 40 metres (130 ft) and ‘only’ 50m (160 ft) high, then the one at Capilano.

The Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge is a pedestrian bridge located within Lynn Canyon Park, in the District of North Vancouver, British Columbia. It is 50 metres (160 ft) high from the bottom of the canyon. The bridge was built as a private venture in 1912.

Now it’s over 600 acres, and more than a million people visit it every year. It’s one of the most popular spots to go for a hike in Vancouver!
Nov 20, 2022 · How to Get There. Lynn Canyon Park is located only 30 minutes outside of downtown Vancouver. You can get there by car, bus, or bike. The Lynn Canyon Ecology Center has a great guide for how to get there which you can find here. Cost. Unlike the Capilano Suspension Bridge, the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge is free.
