Dean Vincent Lowry (born June 9, 1994) is an American football defensive end for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Northwestern Wildcats, where he was a four-year starter. He was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft .

- Former Wildcat. Lowry attended Northwestern University, where he was named as a senior to the 2015 All-Big Ten Second Team. He ranked second on the team with 13.5 tackles for loss that season and set a Wildcats single-game record with six tackles for loss in a win over Nebraska.
- High school standout. Lowry attended Boylan High School (Rockford, Illinois), where he excelled especially in football but also played baseball and basketball for a season.
