The Food and Lodging Section is responsible for enforcing rules governing restaurants, food stands, mobile food units, meat markets, hotels, bed and breakfasts, and summer camps through permitting and inspections of these establishments. The aim is to reduce the risk of food-borne illness and other communicable diseases.
