Jason Flemyng as King Acrisius/Calibos A mortal king who led a revolt against the gods. As punishment, Zeus impregnated Acrisius' wife, Queen Danae, and turned Acrisius into the deformed creature Calibos. Acrisius' transformation into Calibos is not based on mythological sources and was inspired by the character from the original film.

Calibos is the central antagonist of the 1981 version of Clash of the Titans (with Acrisius being a minor antagonist), and the secondary antagonist of the 2010 version (where they are the same character). He was portrayed by Neil McCarthy in the 1981 film and by Jason Flemyng in the 2010 remake .
