Lemuel Jackson Barney (born September 8, 1945) is an American former football cornerback and return specialist who played for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL) from 1967 to 1977, playing occasionally as a punter as well. He played college football for the Jackson State Tigers from 1964 to 1966.
