There are a few parking spaces surrounding the Memorial and portable restroom facilities are located adjacent to the Memorial. A large parking lot is located a five-minute walk below the Memorial. Lawn areas surround the Memorial, providing a nice spot for picnic lunches.
There is a ring of parking spaces around the perimeter of the circular monument on the very top of Mt Soledad. If all of those spots are filled, you can circle a couple of times and usually a spot will open up.
