Newport residents must obtain timed tickets for Chepstow or Hunter House in person at either The Breakers, Marble House, The Elms or Rosecliff. Excludes special events and specialty tours such as Beneath The Breakers, The Elms Servant Life, Inside “The Gilded Age” and Sparkling Lights at The Breakers.

The Preservation Society of Newport County owns 11 properties that date from the mid-18th century to the Gilded Age, including The Breakers — an icon of Newport — Marble House, The Elms and Rosecliff.
