The Warhol is one of the four Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, and a collaborative project between Carnegie Institute, Dia Art Foundation, and The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc. Plans to house The Warhol in Pittsburgh were announced in 1989, and the museum opened its doors during a 24-hour celebration on May 13, 1994.
Admission. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the museum. Members receive free admission all year long. Join us every Friday for “Good Fridays” when the museum is open late until 10 p.m. Online Gift Cards are available to purchase admissions, camps, classes, ticketed events, store items, and memberships.
The Andy Warhol Museum is one of the four Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh and is a collaborative project of the Carnegie Institute, the Dia Art Foundation and The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts (AWFVA).
