Reviewing several provisions of Pennyslvania’s Abortion Control Act, the Court observed that the constitutional principles that guided its decisions in Roe and Doe v. Bolton “still provide the compelling reason for recognizing the constitutional dimensions of a woman’s right to decide whether to end her pregnancy.” 19 Footnote Id. at 759 .
