Mar 3, 2014 · MobileMe is a discontinued service and the control panel should be removed if still present. Not doing so could cause Microsoft Outlook to freeze and/or issue error messages. See HT2992: MobileMe: Uninstalling the MobileMe Control Panel for Windows for details. But I cannot fin out how to do this.
You can uninstall MobileMe Control Panel from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel. On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel , and then, under Programs , do one of the following:

Andre Da Costa. Article Author. Replied on May 29, 2011. Report abuse. Click Start, type: Programs and Features. hit Enter on your keyboard. Search for: Apple Mobile Device. Select it and click Uninstall. This should remove MobileMe.
Nov 18, 2008 · I used Control Panel, Programs and Features, highlighted MobileMe and did an uninstall.Icon is gone but problem exists.Nothing in Recycle Bin either.On Control Panel page only the MobileMe Icon appears, but shows only the AppleSyncPref.exe message when trying to "Open". Jul 27, 2008 · To remove MobileMe from your Windows, just simply navigate to your control panel, Add/Remove Programs, and uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support. MobileMe should not be in sight anymore after you have do so.
