Aug 3, 2015 · After successful installation of Windows 10 on my PC I discovered that the Twitter app tile was greyed out and not working. I uninstalled the app and went to the Store to reinstall. Since then (3 days ago) the Twitter app says it is downloading but has never moved for 0.0MB - see screenshots.
