Dr. Carlin was born January 13, 1934 in Houston Dr. Carlin began his longtime career in evangelism in 1956 and in 1984, started the Prison Ministry which he and Jeri dedicated their lives to.

  3. Biography. Dr. Carlan completed his internship and residency at Baystate Medical Center in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics. He graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and has a proficiency in medical Spanish. He joined Valley Medical Group in September 2004.

Literally thousands of prisoners were saved during the dynamic Lay Witness Prison Revivals. During those harvest years, Dr. Carlin began developing the counseling and discipleship model which he named, “Belief Therapy.”
