After the deck is damaged (Charlie sat on it and it fell off with him), Alan hires a handyman, Fernando (Enrique Iglesias). While working on the house, Fernando beats Charlie out for his girlfriend Chloe's affections, and also from Berta. Charlie fires Fernando, sleeps with Chloe in celebration, and falls off the deck again.
Charlie tries to get rid of a girl, when he discovers that his deck is rotting on the inside the hard way, and needs to be replaced. Alan calls in a handyman, Fernando, to fix the deck. Berta, Judith and Chloe (Charlie's "Girlfriend" at that time) all fall in love with Fernando. Charlie gets jealous at Fernando and tries to take back his girlfriend...
