Feb 16, 2006 · Eddie used a gibson PAF he took off a GIbson es-335. he dipped it in parrafin wax so that it won't squeal. The Seymour duncan seth lover pickup sounds the closes to his original pickup in my opinion. the problem is, it doesn't come from the factory wax potted I believe. so you'll have to wax pot it somehow if you want to use it with high gain.

Apr 5, 2019 · 90's : air norton and tone zone. the pickup we see on the frankenstrat isn't the same that was used in 1978. It is a clone of the modified super distortion used by eddie in his bumblebee and this pickup was made by seymour duncan to make it look like a PAF.

The guitar had 3 of the 4 knobs equipped and toggle switch removed, and a DiMarzio Super Distortion or Mighty Mite copy in the bridge with a stock pickup with a cover in the neck.
