Synopsis. Set yet again in the South Florida port town of Blue Bay, we are introduced to Carson Wheetly (Ashley Parker Angel); the wealthy and spoiled 20-year-old son of millionaire NASCAR car racer Ted Wheetly (Cameron Daddo). Carson hates his father who he thinks might have murdered his mother one year earlier in order to inherit her money.
Hotel magnate Ted Wheetly is tough on his arrogant hard partying son, Carson (Ashley Parker Angel), who believes his wealthy, womanizer father drove his mother to her death. When Ted is killed in a speed boat accident, Detective Frank Walker (John Schneider) is assigned to investigate the case.
