What happens to FollowMyHealth on June 1?
You will still have access to your personal health information for care you received through May 31, 2020. However, any new test results or information about your care will no longer be added to your FollowMyHealth account. This information will now be added to your MyChart account.
How long will I have access to FollowMyHealth?
You will have access to FollowMyHealth until you choose to delete your account.
Will my login information remain the same?
Your credentials for logging in to FollowMyHealth will remain the same.
When can I start using MyChart?
You can begin using your MyChart account on June 1 to make appointments, message your care team, request prescription refills, view test results and manage your health information. Before July 1, you can sign up for an account by visiting the MyChart pageand clicking MyChart. Be sure to download the Ballad Health app when it’s available for enhanced features and access.
When will the Ballad Health app be available?

How do I download the Ballad Health mobile app?
iPhone or iPad users: Go to the Apple App Store, search for Ballad Health, and download the Ballad Health app. Google Android and tablet users: Go to Google Play, search for Ballad Health in the Apps section, and download the Ballad Health app.

Paying bills is easy and secure. You can manage your bill payment process anytime. Your billing statements can be viewed, downloaded and printed with the same details that appear on paper statements. You can also keep track of your payments all in one location.
Can I communicate with my physician and nurses?
If you have a question that is not urgent, you can use the Message Center feature. It allows you to send confidential messages to your medical team 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will also receive messages with reminders about preventative health checks, upcoming appointments and test results. All messages will be recorded in one place, so you can go back and retrieve them at any time.
