Tobias Anton "Toby" Roth Sr. is a retired American businessman, lobbyist, and Republican politician from Appleton, Wisconsin. He served 18 years in the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Wisconsin's 8th congressional district from 1979 to 1997. He previously served three terms in the Wisconsin State Assembly (1973–1979). His nephew, Roger Roth, was president of the Wisconsin Senate from 2017 to 2021. Wikipedia
