Aug 24, 2001 · Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back is a lot different from the films that Kevin Smith had made. It obviously had a waaay bigger budget that allowed a lot more venues to shoot at. The movie is funny but its more dated than Clerks and Mallrats, plus as much as I love Jay and Silent Bob, they are really just supporting characters.
