The band currently consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Matthew Healy, lead guitarist Adam Hann, bassist Ross MacDonald, and drummer George Daniel. Healy is the son of actors Denise Welch and Tim Healy. The band members all met while attending Wilmslow High School and played together as teenagers.
