If you're starting with Infinite, play that, then bioshock 1, bioshock 2 and its Minerva's Den DLC, then Infinite's Burial At Sea DLC (1 & 2). Don't play Burial at Sea DLC or Bioshock 2 until you've played Bioshock 1. It's slightly better to play Bioshock 1 before Infinite, but it's not a huge deal, there's only a few minor references.
