Mix in the mayo and relish thoroughly, to your desired consistency. Mix in the spoonful of wasabi powder, distributing it evenly throughout the tuna-mayo mixture. Seal and refrigerate for 1 or two hours before using, allowing the flavors to mingle properly. It's as simple as that.
Second time I've been here and the chicken green curry just hits for me, savory and filling with depths of flavor. Other places I go to make it too ginger-forward but Wasabi 2 does it right. We also got the chicken yakitori, tuna nigiri, tuna roll, and fabulous roll (tuna inside and out)! Great service with water refills and ordering takeout.

Costco’s poke sells for $21.99 a pound. At my local warehouse, each package weighed approximately .75 pounds, with my packaging being the heaviest at .79 pounds (12.8 ounces) of poke. This breaks down to $1.37 per ounce of tuna poke from Costco. One thing to note, like everything else in the world, the price has gone up in the past year.
