Biography. Luiz Ejlli is an Albanese singer and songwriter. When he was 10 years old, Luiz won the Best Voice Prize in “Child National Festival” in Shkodra. He participated in the Albanese version of Pop Idol and took part many times in Festival i Këngës. He represented Albania in the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest.
