same problem here. 6'3" and 81 kg. unfortunately there are really only three options. slim fit usually works for me but it sometimes make the shoulders and chest tighter as well. or you could find a good tailor, but unless the clothes are very nice it's probably not worth it. additionally, you could learn to sew and hem and tailor your own clothes.
