At that time I was still capable of entering my account, only sending of messages was not possible. Soon after that I could not even enter my email in anymore. Dec 1, 2023 · I feel your pain. My wife's account was suspended yesterday as well. No bots or VPN ever used. Most likely that will hang the "can't have multiple accounts under one household" which by all accounts is the most dumb thing I have ever heard. Why should it matter? I use my account for my searches throughout the day, and she does as well.
While the companies aren't acting fast enough, the moderation team will sometimes take a look at accounts that were banned through an automated process, and an appeals submission form can even be accessed if you contact customer support. An appeal is your best first step, especially if you think you weren't banned for a legitimate reason.
