Contents. Wikipedia:WikiProject Companies/Guidelines. This section provides editors with guidelines regarding the structure and content of articles on companies, corporations, and related legal structures. Its intent is to provide some element of consistency throughout Wikipedia, while allowing flexibility as needed by specific industries.
Every list should include a section at the start clearly defining and narrowing the inclusion criteria for the list, as the scope based upon just the title is too broad and open to interpretation. The suggested inclusion criteria is " notable companies which have or previously had a significant presence in the country."
Project statistics. As of 29 October 2023, there are 411,620 articles within the scope of WikiProject United States, of which 1,465 are featured and 4,777 are good articles. This makes up 6.11% of the articles on Wikipedia, 13.81% of all featured articles and lists, and 12.34% of all good articles.
