Minimum grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.0 in all CSU-transferable coursework. While a minimum of 2.0 is required for admission, some majors may require a higher GPA. The UCSD cog sci department is amazing (I’m currently in it) and is ideal if you’re going into UI/UX. If you want more of a CS career def go to Irvine. At least speaking from a UCSD perspective, here’s somethings you should know: UCSD is in La Jolla so we’re not really in the city but it’s easy to get there.
