Windows also downloaded few drivers/adapters etc. via windows update. I tried the "List All Modes" option from the display adapter properties and no luck again. I tried the Intel Graphics Command Center but aspect ratio is fixed at 16:9 with it saying "This display has a fixed aspect ratio." message and there is no option for resolution.
