If you want to visit very well a city (so you should kind of get lost in its street, far from the tourists full places), I'd say you have to take 3/5 days. Please avoid Milan, it's a shitthole. In Pisa you visit "Piazza dei Miracoli" and you are done, there is not something else worth visiting. Source: I'm from Pisa.
