Leyla Aliyeva (Azerbaijani: Leyla İlham qızı Əliyeva, born 3 July 1985) is a member of the ruling Aliyev dynasty in Azerbaijan. She is the daughter of Azerbaijan's ruler Ilham Aliyev and granddaughter of former ruler Heydar Aliyev. Aliyeva and her family have substantial wealth stashed in elaborate networks of offshore companies.
