Sep 8, 2019 · Hardy was born Deborah Denise Bland on Feb. 14, 1951, the oldest of three daughters in a middle-class family headed by Arthur and Sarah Bland. The family home was at 1833 Franklin Park South, just across from the park, and it was there, as a toddler, that Debbie first showed off her talent as a dancer.
