Brookdale is an open-admission, comprehensive community college. Brookdale serves over 20,000 students per year at five locations throughout Monmouth County. In fall 2020, there were 10,400 credit seeking students and in Fall 2019 almost 11,000 registrants in Brookdale non-credit courses.

Nursing Program Admission. Graduates from the Brookdale Community College Nursing Program earn an AAS degree in Nursing and are eligible to take the National Council Licensing Exam for Registered Nursing (NCLEX-RN) to become a Registered Nurse (RN).
