Kevin Burns was a producer of TV movies, documentaries and reality shows, who co-founded Foxstar Productions with Kenneth Johnson in 1993. He also formed Van Ness Films, Prometheus Entertainment and Synthesis Entertainment, and won an Emmy for Biography (1987) series.
